Questions about the bill
What counts as a company?
A Shopify B2B company that receives statements. Free covers up to 5; Pro has no limit. A company with several locations is one company. Companies you pause or set to manual-only still count, because their statements can still be built and sent by hand.
What happens with a 6th company on Free?
Its statements are built and shown in the review queue, marked held, with an upgrade note. Nothing is sent and nothing is dropped. Upgrade to Pro and the held statements go out on the next run, or right away if you approve them.
How does the trial work?
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial the first time a store subscribes. Shopify bills nothing until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. A store that cancels and subscribes again does not get a second trial.
How does billing work?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice, you approve it in your admin, and you can move back to Free at any time from the app — billing stops at once and Pro stays until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is anything metered — statements, emails, orders?
No. One flat price, however many statements, emails or orders. The company count is the only difference between the plans.

Try it on your own companies first.
The first session ends with a real statement preview built from your own Shopify data — before anything is sent.
