Ten minutes from install to a real statement.
Nothing is sent until you have seen a statement built from your own data and enabled the schedule. Here is the whole path.
Not yet on the App Store
StatementClerk is finishing its first full cycles ahead of App Store review. If you sell on terms to other businesses and want to be among the first stores, write to support@statementclerk.com — a real person replies within one business day.
- 1 Install from the Shopify App Store
StatementClerk opens inside your Shopify admin. It asks for read-only access to companies, orders, payment terms and draft orders — it never writes to your store.
- 2 See your companies and what they owe
The app reads your order history and shows every company on payment terms with its balance, overdue amount and oldest open item — before you set anything.
- 3 Pick a schedule
Monthly on the 1st, 15th or last day, or weekly, at the hour you choose in your store's timezone. Review mode is on for the first cycle.
- 4 Confirm your branding and payment instructions
Your logo and accent colour, the remit-to lines under your name, and how customers should pay — bank details, or the card link in their order email.
- 5 Look at a real statement
A preview built from your own data for any company and any period. If the opening balance, the open items and the days past due look right, enable the schedule.
- 6 Approve the first cycle
On the run day the statements land in a review queue. Approve them in one click, skip any, or open the ones that are held. After a clean cycle, switch to autopilot if you like.
